From Dorchester
From the roundabout at Dorchester Football Club take the A354 towards Weymouth (signposted Weymouth). Follow this road for 3.5 miles until you reach a roundabout, please take the straight on route/ first exit.(signposted Wareham A353). Shortly after this at the next roundabout take the straight on route/second exit (signposted Wareham A353, Littlemoor, Preston). Follow this road until you reach the next (Chalbury) roundabout where you turn left/take the first exit (signposted Preton, Osmington, Wareham,A353). Follow this road, you go up a gentle hill and then turn left opposite a large white pub called “The Spice Ship” into a road signed to Sutton Poyntz.
In the centre of the village the road forks, stay on the left (straight on) fork, Plaisters Lane. The road goes uphill and narrows a little. There is a sharp left hand bend with a wall on the left. Beyond this is a grassy area and 300 m further on is Timberline on the left. As you approach you will see a dragon sign on a low wall on your left and our house name sign as shown in the photo above left.
Weymouth
At the Jubilee clock take the A353 towards Wareham. Follow this route along the beach road and at Chalbury Corner roundabout continue straight on along the A353. You will pass a Co-op store and then turn left opposite a large white pub called The Spice Ship into a road signed Sutton Poyntz.

From Osmington
Take the A353 towards Weymouth. As you enter Weymouth down White Horse Hill take the first turning on the right signed to Sutton Poyntz. Then follow the directions in the last paragraph for ‘From Weymouth’ above.
By Bus
The 4 or 4b from the Kings Statue Weymouth goes to The Spice Ship or the centre of Sutton Poyntz. We recommend checking exact routes and times with the bus company First Group tel. 0871 200 22 33.
Alternative Rural Route From Dorchester
From the roundabout at Dorchester Football Club take the A354 towards Weymouth. Within ½ a mile, take the first turning on your left signposted to Winterbourne Herringston. You pass under a railway bridge and turn right at the next T junction. Follow this road until, after going uphill and passing a golf course you reach another T junction. Turn left. At the end of the woodland on your left turn right at the crossroads, signposted to Preston. Coming down the hill with a fine view of the Isle of Portland in front of you, at the bottom of the hill take the left fork (on a right hand bend) signposted to Sutton Poyntz. After a few hundred yards you will find Timberline which is the 8th house on the right (around a right hand bend). There is parking in front of the house and the Acupuncture Practice is the wooden fronted building with a sign of a dragon on the front of it and on the same level as the parking.
